It’s not easy planning your dream build. It can be daunting and stressful – especially if it is your first time building a house, or extending your current property. Our design & build service has been curated to take the daunt and stress out of the equation and make a not so easy process become a very simple process.
Our design & build service can be split into two… you could just choose us for the design… or for the build… or you could combine the two together!
Our design service price starts at £900+ VAT. See here what’s included:
- Measured site survey
- Consultations with our architect who will work with you to create planning drawings which reflect exactly what you want.
- Full Planning Application drawings are drawn and submitted to your local council’s planning office.
- 1:100 existing plans and elevations
- 1:100 proposed plans and elevations
- 1:500/200 Site plan
- Our architect will act as your agent and liaise with your local authority to see your plans through to a decision.
We will then provide you with a highly detailed quotation, which is free and non-obligatory, tailored to the specifications you want which will outline the costs for you to have the works done.
We welcome you to have quotations provided by other local building companies, but if you do end up choosing MaxLee Group for your build, then you will receive the Design Service absolutely free of charge.
