We then paired that dream with the vision to one day grow MaxLee into a development company. At MaxLee , we want to provide our owners with their dream home. Not something they need to make changes to. Therefore we are going to give our owners the option to buy during the build process instead of at the end when it’s all finished. Buying before the house is complete gives you complete flexibility enabling you to have your say on the interiors using our carefully curated selection of suppliers* with the added support on hand from our design team.
If you rather just leave it to us then you’ll be in safe hands with our ‘More Than Just Standard’ Design Specifications, which are carefully and thoughtfully curated by our design team.

Location, Location, Location!
Headley is one of three villages with the same name in Hampshire, but this Headley is on the border of Berkshire nestled between Newbury and Basingstoke along the A339. The name Headley deriving from the meaning ‘Woodland Clearing’. The village itself has a church and a well stocked community shop. Surrounding the village are beautiful areas for long walks, also providing great spots for riding. The location is greatly positioned for schools for all ages both acclaimed private and state schools and also quick access to the M4 and M3 for commuters.
