We at MaxLee provide a quality service to our clients by delivering building solutions that lead to your perfect home. From custom home new builds, to extensions and renovations on your current property, MaxLee provide the service you need.
So who are MaxLee?
We are custom builders based in Hook, Hampshire. Founded by us, Buster Mepham and Damon Sullivan, we have been trading as a building group since 2014, and offer a full design to move-in service for new builds and house extensions, as well as renovations and commercial projects.
Our philosophy is simple: to be the best custom builders we can be.
With over 25 years of combined industry experience, we have a vision set on being the first name who comes to mind when you are looking to build / extend or renovate your home.
Extensions and renovations are in our roots and we continue to provide an excellent service to our clients who are looking to transform their homes. We strive to make your personal building venture as stress-free and as simple as possible, starting with an initial consultation leading to a thorough quotation outlining all aspects of your build in detail. Our prices provided in our quotation are the prices you’ll pay, so you are not lumbered with unexpected costs throughout your build. Stage payments are outlined in the quotation, so you see a clear forecast of your expenditure across the build. Once our quotation has been accepted you will receive a fixed price contract.
For added ease, we also believe that to be the best custom builders, we the
Directors need to be on site as much as our employees. You will see us throughout your build on a regular basis and not be left waiting for answers to your questions throughout your project.
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and we are also experienced in a variety of environmentally friendly building techniques and energy-saving options. Our skilled team includes fully qualified contractors, fully employed by us, in carpentry, roofing, window fitting, gas and plumbing, painting and decorating and groundwork. We also make sure we employ apprentices to develop the future of our trades. For trades we do not provide in-house, we have well established relationships with trusted quality sub-contractors who we price for within our quotations.

Lastly, we want to continue further in our mission to provide quality building within the local areas. We are currently in the development phase for the next chapter of MaxLee, which will help make our clients dream home ambitions a lot simpler. The next phase of MaxLee will bring small, luxury residential developments within beautiful locations in North Hampshire and surrounding areas.
