A Brief Introduction...
If you own a piece of land and are looking into the option of selling it for development, it can feel like a daunting and complicated task; but with MAXLEE it can be very straightforward. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to correctly value property and land prices at the market rate and we have a 100% completion rate.
There are a couple of options where we will buy providing our specified criteria is met…
Option one: buying the title to a house you own with potential for further residential development and/or renovation of the current property.
Option two: buying the title to land / or a section of land you own for residential development
Specified criteria:
· Must be a Brownfield Site
· A site without planning consent
· Sold to us on an unconditional basis

The Process...
Consultation
Initially you will arrange a consultation with us by either booking here or contacting us.
At the consultation we will discuss your reasons for wanting to sell the property/ land, previous history of the land and the potential development we foresee on the land.
Agreement
If after the consultation we believe the property / land to be of interest we will send you an offer. If you accept our offer, we will instruct our legal team to start proceedings.
Architectural plans
Once the sale is completed we will start applying to the local council for planning permission.
The design of the development will be to MAXLEE Homes’ discretion.
Construction
Once planning permission has been approved by the local council, we will commence construction.
Sale
Once the development is complete, MAXLEE Homes will market the houses for sale.
