We were contracted in Godalming to...
- Complete a full house renovation
- Build a two-storey rear extension
- Build a single-storey side extension creating a boot room, leading to the garage
- Create a large loft games room
- Install an air-source heat pump heating system and underfloor heating system
- Render the ground floor exterior
- Supply and install windows and doors including rooflights, a bifolding door and barn door
- Install kitchen, utility, three bathrooms
It was a fantastic project to take on, utilising all of our skill sets from groundworks to roofing to plumbing & heating to decorating and more…
We had problems to overcome, such as finding a built over well in the original foundations amongst some of things, but we overcame everything that came our way and left Godalming with very happy clients.
